Recipe for homemade coffee scrub

2 cups ground coffee.
A half cup of white sugar.

Take a glass container to make the mixture. Pour in the ground coffee and the white sugar and mix the two ingredients well with a spoon. Coffee and sugar are powerful natural exfoliants, but note that if you plan to use this house scrub for the face, it is best to use fine sugar grains to avoid damaging the skin.

After mixing them, add the oil gradually, the one of your choice: olive oil or almonds. Both are ideal for moisturizing and nourishing the skin, it is a simple matter of taste. Stir the mixture with the spoon until a thick and dry paste is obtained.
